FAQs

When will And Still Therapy officially open?

I’ll begin seeing clients at And Still Therapy in October 2025, and I’m thrilled to continue working with my current clients as well as welcome new ones. If you’re already seeing me, please reach out so we can smoothly transition your care. If you’re new, contact me to get set up or join the waitlist!

Do you take insurance?

I am currently in the process of becoming credentialed with Medicaid (MA), Blue Cross Blue Shield, HealthPartners, UnitedHealthcare, and Medica. Once credentialing is complete, I’ll be accepting these plans. If I’m not in-network with your insurance, I also offer private pay options. Please feel free to reach out for more information!

What are your rates?

Diagnostic Assessment/Intake - $220

Individual Therapy (53+ minutes) - $185

Individual Therapy (38-52 minutes) - $165

Individual Therapy (16-37 minutes) - $135

Couples Therapy - $200

These are my private pay rates. If you’re using insurance, your cost will depend on your specific plan—sometimes sessions are fully covered, while other times you may be responsible for a copay or your deductible. I’m happy to help you navigate your benefits if you’re unsure what your coverage looks like.

I never want finances to be a barrier to therapy. If cost feels like a challenge, please reach out—we can explore options together to make therapy more accessible.

What should I expect in the first session?

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and begin to explore what working together might look like. There’s no pressure to have anything figured out — this is a space where we can move at your pace, with curiosity, care, and collaboration.

If you're using insurance, there will be a bit of additional paperwork to complete, which I’ll walk you through during our session — nothing overwhelming, I promise.

When you’re ready to start, you can reach out by filling out the contact form or sending me an email—I’ll respond promptly to help find a time that works for you.

What’s your cancellation policy?

I ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged a $100 late cancellation fee. If you miss a session without notice, you’ll be responsible for the full session fee.

However, I understand that life happens — if something unexpected comes up, please reach out as soon as you’re able, and we can talk through options.

Do you offer telehealth sessions?

Yes! I offer secure virtual therapy sessions for clients across Minnesota. Telehealth can be a convenient way to access support from the comfort of your own space.

I also have a cozy office in Minneapolis, and many clients choose to blend both in-person and virtual sessions. We can easily switch back and forth depending on what works best for you.
